- 返品・キャンセルReturns and cancellation
- 利用規約第13条によります。お支払い後は、原則としてキャンセル及び返金を承ることができません。発送前であれば、返送費用をご負担いただくことにより日本国内での返還を受けることができます。As set out in Article 13 of the Terms of Service. After payment, cancellation and refunds are not accepted as a rule. Before dispatch, the parcel can be returned within Japan if the customer bears the cost of return.
