請求は実測重量と容積重量の大きい方で計算します。だからこそ、私たちは畳み直しと圧縮で容積を落とし、箱のサイズを組み替えて、一番安く送れる形に詰め直します。Pricing uses whichever is greater — actual or volumetric weight. So we refold, compress and re-size the box to ship it at the lowest possible cost.
追加・関税についてAdd-ons & duties
食品同梱手数料 +$10 /箱（食品を含む箱のみ・FDA事前通知の代行を含む）。関税は当社立替がデフォルト。申告額から概算をお預かりし、当社が立替払いのうえ実額で精算、余りは自動返金します。受取時のお支払いはゼロです。Food add-on +$10 per box (boxes containing food; includes FDA prior notice filing). Duties are advanced by us by default: we hold an estimate, pay on your behalf, settle at actual cost and refund the difference. Nothing to pay on delivery.

お申し込み時の申告入力で、品目ごとに可否をその場で判定します。検品で申告外の不可品が見つかった場合は、返送または廃棄をお選びいただけます。When you declare your contents at booking, each item is checked on the spot. If we find an undeclared restricted item during inspection, you choose between return or disposal.

本当に「適当に詰める」だけでいいのですか？Do I really just toss things in?
はい。お客様は箱に入れるだけで構いません。フロントに預けていただいた後、専門のパッカーが中身を確認し、割れ物の保護や隙間の充填、最適なサイズへの詰め直しをすべて行います。Yes. Just put things in the box. Once you leave it at the desk, our packers check the contents, protect fragiles, fill gaps and repack it to the right size.
どの国に届けてもらえますか？Which countries do you ship to?
現在の対応国はアメリカ本土のみです。お客様のご自宅への直送が基本で、輸出入に必要な書類作成も代行します。今後、対応国は順次拡大予定です。Currently the continental US only. We ship straight to your home and handle the export/import paperwork. More countries are coming.
関税や輸入税はかかりますか？Are duties or import taxes charged?
表示料金はアメリカ本土向けの基本配送料です。到着国での関税・輸入税・通関手数料は料金に含まれず、別途お客様のご負担となります。金額は品目・申告額により異なります。Listed prices are base shipping to the continental US. Duties, import taxes and customs fees at the destination are not included and are your responsibility, varying by item and declared value.
壊れやすいお土産（陶器・酒瓶など）も送れますか？Can I ship fragile items like ceramics or bottles?
対応可能です。緩衝材で個別に梱包し、「割れ物」として取り扱います。万一破損した場合は購入額を全額補償します（申告額・上限あり）。なお、生鮮食品・現金・貴重品・危険物はお預かりできません。Yes. Each is individually cushioned and handled as fragile, with full purchase-value coverage if damaged (up to the declared limit). We can't accept perishables, cash, valuables or hazardous goods.
料金はいつ、どのように支払いますか？When and how do I pay?
お申し込み時のお支払いはありません。荷物をお預かりして検品・計測を行い、料金が確定した後に、お申し込み時に選んだ方法（クレジットカード・Wise・米国国内銀行振込）でご請求します。お支払いの確認後に発送します。There's nothing to pay when you book. After we receive, inspect and measure your parcel, we bill the final price via the method you chose (credit card, Wise, or US bank transfer). We ship once payment is confirmed.
どのくらいで届きますか？How long does delivery take?
アメリカ本土までは集荷から通関を含めておよそ5〜10日が目安です。関税手続きの都合上、日付の確定指定はできませんが、ご指定の「受け取り可能日」以降にお届けします。Roughly 5–10 days to the continental US, including customs. Exact-date delivery isn't possible due to customs, but we deliver on or after your chosen available-from date.
どのホテルでも利用できますか？Can I use it at any hotel?
はい。日本橋エリアにご滞在であれば、ホテルの提携有無にかかわらず、ご滞在先まで箱をお届けし集荷にうかがいます。エリア外の場合も、東京23区内であればご相談ください。Yes. If you're staying in the Nihonbashi area we come to you, whether or not your hotel is a partner. Outside that area, ask us — we cover Tokyo's 23 wards.
